At SolarGear, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Canada only.
International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed for delivery outside of Canada will be cancelled and refunded.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom or Special Orders: May take 3–7 business days to process.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (after processing)

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (after processing)

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
